In order to convert high voltage energy (usually varying from 11-22-33kV) into a lower voltage (250 or 433V), we offer a quality range of Distribution transformer that ensure identical frequency both, before and after the transformation. Core
Highest grade cold rolled grain oriented silicon steel lamination is imported from trusted vendors to make Core using modern annealing technique. Mitered and Interleaved joints magnetize current and reduce the core losses considerably. Core is clamped with steel channels and is specially designed to sustain over-fluxing up to 12.5%. Core earthed with electrical grade copper sheet reduces the cartite sound level rigidly.

Winding
TAny type of Winding cab like (i) crossover (ii) spiral (iii) disc (iv) helical are designed to withstand the optimum mechanical, electrical, thermal stresses and dynamic, depending upon the voltage and current. The coils are wound with annealed wire, strips covered with high quality insulation and electrolytic grade high conductivity. All coils are insulated and reinforced to withstand impulse voltage shocks and effects of short circuits. To minimize the hotspot temperature and gradient of temperature between oil and winding, cooling ducts are provided.

Insulation and Oil
The best quality material for insulation like pre-compressed blocks, boards, corrugated cylinders, insulating tapes, bakelite tube, empire sleeves, epoxy bushing, glass sleeves varnish, porcelain bushing and more are used to ensure long life of the transformers. Best quality oil is used as a coolant and insulating medium to conform with the standards of IS:335. Prior to their filling and packaging, filtration plants are highly tested to be free from dust and moisture.

Painting
Two coats of red oxide paint and anti-corrosive enamel paint are applied on Tank surface which is exposed to atmosphere to ensure maximum corrosion resistance. 'Oil and Heat Resistant Paint' is coated on tank surface which is in contact with oil to prevent abrasion. Holding effective resistance against corrosion and oil/heat reactions, this paint is preferred to ordinary enamel paint.

Vector Group
Various vector groups can be provided as per demand.

emperature Rise
We design transformers for maximum temperature rise at full rated load 45 degree C/55 degree C for copper wound transformers and 40 degree c/50 degree c for oil/winding for aluminium wound transformers.

Overloading
These transformers are precision engineered for overloading more than normal rating as per IS:6600.

Fitting and Accessories
Standard fitting are provided as per the recommendation in IS 2026-1977. Extra fittings like dial type thermometer, buchholzrelay, marshalling box, winding temperature indicator, PRV and OSP and H.V. & I.V. cable boxes are provided as per the specific requirement of clients.
